Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To begin a return, please contact our support team before sending your item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Tailora will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
